How to make the most of Oil and Gas Investments

September 7th, 2009

Oil & Gas Investments are a hot topic these days. I’m sure if you’ve found this page, many of you have been called numerous times about investing into oil and/or gas wells, or drilling rigs. Most of these programs have little chance for success, but that doesn’t mean you should stay away from Oil & Gas.

Right now, there are a number of tax laws that allow you to write off over 100% of your investment over several years. But you have to find the right investment. The right investment will not only give you great tax incentives, but will also generate a passive income source, which is what Mitch Ngo is all about. Earning passive income with little effort.

Here are some things to look for in good Oil & Gas investments:

  • Reputable Management Team
    • Do due diligence and be sure the management team is who they say they are
    • Look in to their track record, and the track record of their partners
  • Rate of return and risk:
    • Find an investment with a good ROI (Return on Investment)
    • Analyze the risk, find comparable investments
  • Find referrals
    • Find people that have invested with the company you are looking at and see what they think
    • Feel them out to be sure they aren’t salesmen in disguise (but don’t be offensive, there are many very good investments with a lot of very happy people
  • Above All:
    • Be confident in your choice
    • Oil & Gas is going to be hot for decades to come
    • So don’t miss the boat!

On to actual investing: search google for Oil and Gas Investing, and explore all results. Find a representative that you like and trust, and be excited and happy to join the fight to free ourselves from dependence on OPEC and invest in domestic Oil & Gas investments!

How to make Money posting links on Google

August 29th, 2009

Mitch Ngo here: I bet you are wondering what all of those ads are all over the place that say “Make $X,XXX A Day By Posting Links On Google!” Well I’m here to reveal the secret.

As I’m sure you’ve noticed here at Mitch Ngo.com, we have advertisements. Well the profit comes from a system known as Adsense ©, and it’s actually operated by Google themselves! Each of those ads claiming you make money simply by posting links is trying to take YOUR money in order to teach you something you may or may not already know. To write, and/or design a webpage. After getting an Adsense account, you simply need to post valuable content that search engines will recognize, and create and put ads on your website. When you generate VALID and GENUINE clicks, this generates your income.

So yes, it is very possible to make a substantial part-time income from home, but it has little to do with posting links. Actually, it has a lot to do with it, but in my experience, having well-written, content-rich pages has the best effect on search engine rankings. However, getting links to your web site from reputable websites is critical when fighting for a tough or popular keyword.

See? I wrote this page because I know that with all of the ads out there, people are interested in making money by this deceptively simple process, and I want to tell you that a lot of it is hype and lies. For example, 99% of those ads are for Adsense from Google, and you CANNOT make money in 1 to 3 weeks. After the first CALENDAR month (last day of the month), your account must have at least 100$ in it, and then after 30 days, they either mail you a check or transfer money into your bank account. Mitch Ngo chooses the EFT as it usually happens within 5 days, but that’s neither here nor there.

Since these ads have come out, they have spread across the internet like a giant virus, but people ARE and WILL always be interested in quick, easy money. There are many other techniques that Mitch has learned in his quest to get to the bottom of these ads, and as I learn more, I will continue posting tips and tricks to maximizing your potential. That’s right, you heard it here: you can Make money online, “posting links on google,” if you will, now FOR FREE!

Just follow up on my blog, and I will be posting multiple pages per week with tips and guidelines to making the most out of your website and ad campaign. Thanks for your time and interest.
